These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the erek69 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law. |
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the erek69 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any activity on the erek69 Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. The Platform is operated internationally and is accessible to users in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. erek69 does not accept registrations from users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
Each person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or IP address may be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

To access the full range of services on the erek69 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. erek69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Should you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify erek69 support immediately. Contact details are displayed within your Account dashboard and as plain text on this page.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Company requires all Users to complete KYC verification. This process requires the submission of:
The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or Account suspension.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting erek69 support. Pending wagers and any applicable bonus rollover requirements will be resolved before Funds are returned to your nominated bank account. The Company may also close Accounts at its discretion for breach of these Terms.
erek69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier; refer to your Account dashboard for current limits.
Deposits via bank transfer are generally credited within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically instant. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri, and during periods of high platform traffic.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. Same-day withdrawals are available for verified Accounts during WIB banking hours. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered Account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement (as set out in Section 6) are not eligible for withdrawal.
All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). erek69 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which erek69 accepts no responsibility.
All Bonuses issued by erek69 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet limits while a Bonus is active, expiration dates, and any restrictions on withdrawal of Bonus funds.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x). The wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any Bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an Account, you consent to receive promotional communications from erek69, including email newsletters, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages regarding Bonuses, tournaments, and other offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your Account settings.
All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel). Full game-specific rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any wager at its sole discretion. All wagers are considered final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. The Company may refuse wagers that exceed maximum stake limits, appear to be placed in error, or are suspected to form part of a fraudulent pattern.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, FIFA, UEFA, the relevant badminton or e-sports tournament organiser). In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
Live in-play betting markets are updated in near real-time. However, Users acknowledge that there may be a delay between the actual event occurring and the odds being updated on the Platform. erek69 reserves the right to void live bets that were placed after the outcome was already determined.
All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and audited on a regular basis.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the decision of erek69 management is final. All disputes should be raised via the Account dashboard support system within 14 days of the disputed event occurring.

The erek69 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
While erek69 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, the Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. erek69 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such third-party sites and does not endorse or assume any liability for any third-party material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
erek69 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of User data. All personal information collected during registration, KYC verification, and normal use of the Platform is handled in accordance with the erek69 Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
